In order to provide our customers with the most efficient and seamless experience, we use advanced technology to quickly check and store your items by taking a picture of your item and a picture of the customer. This allows us to eliminate the need for keys, tickets and wristband that can sometimes get lost when using lockers.

​Event lock is available for 1 hour after your event ends to claim your items.  Our technology sends you a courtesy reminder via text prior to the end of the event and prior to our closing.  If you do not claim your item after the event, we will follow-up with another text message with details on how to retrieve your item. Typically, it will be given to the security office or event staff and will be kept in the storage bag with the claim number that matches the number that was text to you. You will be responsible for contacting the local event management staff or security office to make arrangements for claiming your item.

In some cases there will be a cost to check your items, in others the service may be provided by the event producer. Please check the event or venue website for events you are planning to attend.

Event Lock uses advanced technology to make sure you can check and claim your items seamlessly and securely.  Upon checking in at our kiosks, a picture will be taken of your item and you the customer to ensure the right item gets to its owner. You will receive your claim number via text message.

Our staff is present during the entire event and includes an armed security guard to ensure your items are safely stored. Only employees are allowed in the truck at any given time.

You are your claim ticket! Event Lock’s advanced technology allows you to retrieve your items using your picture and/or phone number.  This eliminates the need to keep up with keys, wristbands or claim tickets.

Yes! With Event Lock, you are your claim ticket.  Simply recite your phone number and our staff will verify the owner with the photo associated with their confirmation number.  We understand some customers may not wish to give out their phone number and can create a four-digit code instead. 

Yes! We recognize that some of our clients and customers want privacy so you may opt out of a picture and may give a 4-digit pin in lieu of your phone number.

Security criteria and acceptable items varies by venue and is determined by its security staff, not Event Lock. Please review allowable items with the event website or organizer.

No! Event Lock is equipped to securely store all of your items as small as pocket knives or as big as luggage, strollers and art work for the same flat fee per item.

Yes, our staff is always on-site for the entire event for you to claim your item at any time up to an hour after the scheduled end of the event.

We are generally open for one hour after the scheduled end of the event, but this may differ depending on the nature of the event and venue.  When you check in your item, you will be notified when our services will close.  Our advanced technology also allows us to text your courtesy reminders to retrieve your items as well as closing time.

If your item is not claimed and the truck is gone, Event Lock will deliver the item to the event organizer or venue security for you to arrange pickup or delivery at a later date. You will be notified if this is the disposition of your item.

The cost to check an item may vary. If the customer is paying directly, it will generally cost from $10-$20 per item. If our services are sponsored by the event organizers, then our services will be provided at no cost to you.
